1. Do I have to be a registered customer to make purchases?

No, you do not need to have an account in the store. You can make purchases without registration. However, unregistered customers cannot check their order history and will be required to provide all necessary data again during their next purchase.

2. How can I register in the store?

In order to register in the store, click on the "Log in" tab on the main page of the store, and then "Create an account" providing all the required data. After saving the data, an account in the store will be created. After logging in, it is possible to edit personal data, add address data, as well as check the history and status of your orders.

3. What should I do if I have forgotten the password to the account in the Store?

In case you forget your password, please click on the "Forgot your password?" and enter your e-mail address that was used in the registration process. A temporary password reset link will be sent to the provided address.

4. Can I withdraw or modify my order?

The order is sent for processing immediately after its submission. It is not possible to withdraw an order or modify it. You can inform the Customer Service Office about your resignation or change via the Contact Form available in the Contact Us tab. This information will stop shipping only if the package has not yet been shipped.

5. What is the delivery date?

The deadline for completing the order consists of the time needed to prepare the order for shipment, as well as the delivery time dependent on the Carrier. Orders are sent from the Store within 24 hours after receiving payment. Delivery time to Inpost Parcel Locker or DPD Courier, as well as Free Delivery in Gdynia and commune Kosakowo is usually from 1-2 business days.

6. Can I check the status of the order?

The order status is visible to customers registered in the "History and order details" tab. In addition, during individual stages of the order, customers receive automatically generated emails informing about its status.

7. What are the delivery costs for the order?

The cost of delivery depends on the choice of the shipping company. A courier shipment costs PLN 12.90, a shipment sent in Inpost Parcel Locker costs PLN 10.90. For the inhabitants of Gdynia and the commune Kosakowo also has the option of free delivery to your place of residence. Free delivery is carried out independently by the Haldee Indian Store. 8. What are the payment options?

Payment for order can only be made online via Bank Transfer or Dotpay electronic payments.

9. What is the deadline for returning the goods and the money back for the returned products?

The customer is entitled to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the order. The refund takes place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the Store. Money is sent to the account from which the transfer was made when placing the order.
